In Loving Memory
If you knew Chuong, you know about his larger than life smile, energy, love for family and friends, and above all his huge heart. Chuong overcame countless obstacles to become the loving father and friend he became. Arriving in the USA at age 7 from Vietnam, not speaking a word of English, he personified hard work and the modern-day American dream. Chuong welcomed you with a warm embrace and a glowing smile.
We lost Chuong Thi on October 31, 2020. The suddenness and timing of the event have left a huge void in our hearts and souls.
He leaves behind his beautiful wife Jaleen, their two amazing kids: Tristian (9), and Addilyn (2.5), and their dog Winston. The hole he left will never be filled, and it is our hope that as a community we can support his family during this difficult time.
As Chuong overcame obstacles and pushed himself to succeed, we want to ensure his children have that same opportunity to prepare for their future. These funds will assist the family in covering medical expenses, continuing care for the family through counseling and/or tutors. Any additional surplus amounts will be placed into 529's for both children for their future education needs. We hope to be able to provide some of the financial support for both kids as Chuong would have done for them.
He will be missed, but we are so proud of the home and family he has built with Jaleen, their extended family, and their network of friends. We believe that together we have the power to help create opportunities for the Thi Family!

How to Help
So many people have asked how they can show love and support, or wondering what can be done to help. We've created these fundraisers to help care for Chuong's family. Even though he might not be here to take them fishing, skiing, to the beach, or do the daily small things that come with being a parent, we will be the hands to lift them up.
